FIRST OF IT’S KIND———- AI AND ROBOTICS ENABLED AUTO THICKNESS INDICATOR

The auto thickness indicator, our another innovation determines the thickness variation across the total surface of the plyboard. The machine has been modernized with AI technology and robotics which gives it the ability to warn and reject plywood in case the product violates the standards of thickness variation. This has enabled us to assure the greatest quality and boost our productivity and delivery.

SCANNER

Scanner is our homegrown AI technology driven machine that successfully detects presence of any small core gap or steam pocket or any other defects deep within the layers of the plywood. Plywood being a natural product displays the tendencies of overlapping and forming core gaps and steam pockets due to accumulation of unidentified moisture in core veneer or resins. These miniscule core gaps are impossible to detect physically but they considerably downgrade the quality of even the most premium grade plywood. The scanner detects these core gaps with supreme efficiency there by allowing us to manufacture the most premium, high quality range of plywood.

THE VACUUM PRESSURE TECHNOLOGY

SVPT

The VPT or the Vacuum Pressure Technology happens to be a long-standing concept that has been around in the plywood sector for about 150 years. In a radical step we have taken this knowledge of the yesteryears and remodelled it to cater to the modern-day needs. Now, our upgraded technology makes it possible for us to provide the most authentic borer, termite proof and anti-fungal plywood using this technology where a medicated homogeneous solution is infused deep within the gaps of grains.
